Maybe it’s the whopping zero posts I’ve made since I started this blog, but it’s no secret that I’ve been busy over the past six months or so. Of course, it’s the best kind of busy! I’ve been busy making games, crafting levels, and generally creating ridiculous things–all the while using graduate school as a convenient excuse.
But now that school’s out for summer (♫School’s out forever!♫), I can finally afford to do those things I’ve been putting off for far too long. I can chronicle my numerous untimely deaths in DayZ. I can update this blog with my game design adventures from the past year at the Guildhall at SMU. I can feed my fish! But seeing as how this is a blog dedicated to my work as a designer, I suppose I should limit my comments here to the second, while occasionally mentioning the first and never bringing up the unfortunate case of the third.
So I suppose that’s what you have to look forward to over the next month or so–a never-ending stream of post-mortems and design decisions, all straight from the mind and computer of yours truly. Stay tuned: the first real update is coming soon!
